Just finish listening to podcasts, and decided to write a post.
Lately, i had not been sleeping well.
Since last week, where i woke up from 12am till 9am and sleep in the morning because of the CES, for 4 days. Then because of too tired, i sleep for one whole day on the next day. Since then, i cannot sleep well. Either i stay awake on my bed till 3pm, or suddenly too hungry need to wake up and eat something but cannot go back to sleep after that.
Zzzzz….. last night, had been playing PS3 till 2.30am, then when i want to sleep, i couldnt. Then i start listening to podcasts….. then i feel hungry…. I woke up again and had my “breakfast” on 3am, then still cannot sleep.
die lah…… luckily i dont need to go to class for this week. And i ended up going into sleep while listening to podcast. (about 5am++ if im not wrong).
Luckily my mum know i dont sleep early last night, and didnt wake me up in the morning.
And i woke up by 1pm today.
Arrrgggghhhhh. Any sleeping tips anyone?
On the other note, haha how is my new blog theme? nice or not? I know something still dont work, comment there got some problem that need to be fixed. But see, i got facebook like now. Now you can like my post (not just facebook share on my previous design)
