Damn Streamyx Throttle Rapidshare

Recently had got back from my uni hostel to my house…
The thing that bother me so much is the freaking INTERNET!

AT my house, you want to watch a YouTube show which the video length is 30 seconds, you need to wait for the buffer for 2 minutes, but at hostel, you can stream 2 to 3 youtube video and watch immediately without any lag or buffering……

At my house, rapidshare had bacome 0.5kbps download speed recently
while i can download no problem at my hostel

At house, i cant feel like “enjoying” surfing net esp china websites cos it will take forever to load
while i have no problem at my hostel

The main reason for this is…. ISP!
at house im using Streamyx ISP aka SCREAMYX ISP which i dont found any part that wont let me scream…. (at my hostel is using Time Broadband)
They throttle everything…
Throttle P2P,Throttle BT emule, Throttle Youtube, Throttle Rapidshare, Throttle China websites, Throttle Megaupload

Just for your information, im using 1M Streamyx (which in fact 1M users shouldnt be complaining about the streaming youtube issue much) and im having 1.5M Time Broadband at my hostel

although its only 0.5mBps different, but the experience is totally….. as it one is ISP at heaven, one is ISP at hell!

For the moment, im having no issue with megaupload on streamyx, but rapidshare, is hell
Wasting my time and money on the premium account…

    Rapidshare slow? Complain to the MCMC at http://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ and http://www.complaint.cfm.org.my/ about TM’s throttling/slowdown of Rapidshare.com

    You can also using this windows apps to bypass throttling :D

    Even I’m using premium, max got only 5KB/s :(

    Youtube also same ar…

    But when I try to download via HF, MU, MF, all are normal like usual
